CD163 simulates wire icing while there is no wire icing present.

CD163 simulates wire icing while there is no wire icing present. There is 3500 volts in the F8 menu and wir ice level 0,00 , yet the loco shows 3200 volts and sparking on the overhead wires suggesting wire icing.
