problems with controller

when i start some scenario, i cant walk because the left stick goes only to the left or right, when i pull the left stick on controller forward or backwards, its just zooming the view so walking forward and backward is imposible and the right stick wich should be for look doesnt work at all

If you have some issues during using the pad, please disconnect your mouse and keyboard from the console as this may cause a conflict. We are working on the fix.

I also had trouble with the left stick in particular doing nothing; with the camera I couldn't look left and right, and in the menu the cursor wasn't visible and I could barely or not make any selections. After disconnecting the keyboard, I could do everything. But some handy functions are on the keyboard, and even when using your controller you need the keyboard. I hope a solution is found soon so that the keyboard can also be used. Now every time I want to play TSW 6, I have to reconnect the keyboard and restart the console again.
