New speed limit applied too early

If there are speed limits near, the new limit is applied before the older limit is still active. For example, at the track Sosnowiec Główny -> Sosnowiec Południowy, there is a 20 km/h speed limit, the limit ends but the entire train must pass to really end. Near there is a 40 km/h limit, it is apllied immediately but the train still haven't passed the 20 km/h limit.

The same at the scenario KWK Staszatowice - Sedziskow -> (Cargo) Coal mine operations. At the track Katowice Janow -> Katowice Muchowiec KMB, at kilometer 34,9 there is a 20 km/h limit that ends at km. 35, later at kilometer 35,2 there is a 30 km/h speed limit. It is applied immediately, but I a have a 577 meters long train, so the last wagon still haven't passed the 20 km/h limit. The end of 20 km/h signal doesn't have a "C". It's a bridge, it's not a level crossing, so the last wagon must pass the bridge at 20 km/h.
