Korytow AI setting 60 in and out for no reason

Especially when being late, the AI seems to love to set the sidetrack and immediately out. There is neither any train in front me, which I'm catching rapidely nor anything faster behind me.

I don't know, why it is doing this. In my case it is often delaying the 54xxx which in turn delays the 16xx for no good reason.
