Freight Trains seem to get stuck in Katowice

In Katowice (currently AI-only controlled) there are two fly-through tracks for freight trains and other to pass without blocking a platform. However, it seems that for some reason, the AI dispatcher outright refuses to send these two freight trains away that use these “side-tracks”. I have witnessed this multiple times already. Additionally, two solo-engines always get parked at the entrance to Katowice without ever being sent away.

This doesn't seem too much of an issue, however after a while, freight trains are basically impossible to drive because of this happening.
