[NEXT] VD can't set routes on track that has been occupied before

As you can see in the video, I can't set the path (exact same path) cus the VD thinks it is still occupied, in the normal branch it works, its almost like the VD does not clear when something clears the track. I also show that setting and unsetting and setting a signal works since there is no train that has ever occupied that line.
