ETCS L2 - MA not provided from RBC

Stopped in front of M11 showing S1 in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. Signal turned to S11a (or S12a). RBC didn't send MA.

 

(I believe that "ETCS override" shouldn't be used while RBC connection is established, but it may depend on internal directives which I don't know in detail.)

I was able to reproduce it. Will be fixed in next release
