Unsafe crossings just before Płyćwia and Żyrardów on INT1

I would not expect unsafe crossings on INT1 as it is considered a "NO EVENTS" server.

Note that I never found the exact crossing near Płyćwia and I suspect the AI was a bit funky at Żyrardów.

FWIW: The DE1 server had "NO EVENTS" tag for a long time, and it always referred to a rule for dispatchers and drivers to not do any out of game events like: Holding back trains for arbitrary reasons like "track maintenance", etc. Same for drivers not going slow because of things like "brake failure" or else. It didn't refer to crossings not being secured.
