Suggestion for bringing back the developer-updates/ dev blog.

Since I enjoyed reading them, I would like to suggest to restart some kind of development blog or regular update. I am aware that this makes some extra-work for the team, so maybe instead of a weekly basis you could do it once a month, or maybe four times a year.
