Different slots?

I just wanted to ask why the slots of the servers are different than here on the forum?

There isn't enough services to get up to 50 slots or why?

Oh, yes, something incomprehensible is happening today, there is a place on the server, but it is impossible to connect, there are no free trains.
As I understand it, 50 is the peak value when there are 50 trains on the line at the same time in the schedule.
