I am trying to get the E186 to move after the brakes applied but it will not allow me to release the brakes, if I put it in to run it just does nothing. Neither brake buttons are on, I raised pantograph and checked on but it will not release. It seems every time I am put to a siding with this when someone passes this is on radio code but I am not given allowance to release. What am I supposed to do with it? Does the signaller need to send reset to code the radio?

No, the brakes were applied after I had cleared a siding, either I missed the signal alarm or passed the start program speed but it is not possible to release. I don't have the option to restart the radio in the 186. Don't these radio stop demands need signaller's end to allow release or is that not simulated in game?

Did you accidentally miss a CA/SHP warning?

What I mean by restarting a radio is turning it off using the X on the left side of the radio and then turning it on by using the green V button, there isn't a direct option to restart it. Regarding how radio-stop works in real life I don't think the dispatcher needs to confirm to release brakes after radio-stop, but I always may be wrong. All I know is that in the game you only need to restart the radio and you are ready to go.

I was on a siding with a red signal but when it cleared to go back to the mainline I went to accelerate to line speed as I couldn't see any indications of a lower restriction but the brakes were applied. I can't see any X or V buttons on the radio panel.

Sorry, I forgot that the Traxx doesn't have the Koliber radio 😅 I'm gonna attach a video of a Traxx soon.

I mean these buttons. Did this happen on multiplayer or singleplayer?

Multiplayer

Since this happened on multiplayer, my closest guess is that someone activated Radio-Stop and your train got stopped I don't know what could've caused the stop. I recreated your problem on the Żmigród testing scenario but with Radio-Stop and actually it's simpler than I thought to fix this.

All you have to do is, disable and enable your cab and the brakes automatically release.

The cab on the traxx is disabled by turning off the battery on the rear wall, just behind the seat, the same place you find the light controls.

How do you disable and reenable the cab? I can't find a driver key switch.

It's on the video I sent, behind the seat

Radiostop do not work in MP. If you press it will only work on yours loco.

Oh sorry for missinformating. I don't know what could cause the sudden stop but I think that re-enabling the cab would still release the brakes.
