While dispatching Skierniewice yesterday (03/05/25) I noticed two instances of a signal falling back to red in front of a train with no apparent reason.
In both cases other signals were also set in similar directions, the routes remained set causing the player to revoke the route and reset it. This also resulted in 1 player getting penalised for driving through red.

In attachment siuation one:
Train A was standing on track 2h and train B on 3c, both left Skierniewice at the same time in direction of Zyrardow with one being planned to hold at F1.
Once train A was passed signal L2, signal L3 fell back to red in front of train B resulting in a player SPAD.
After retrying a similar situation, this did not occur again. So seemingly it occurs random.

In second attachment situation two (recreated in MS paint):
Train A was standing on track 1g, train B on track 3c. Train A routed towards Plycwia and Train B to Belchow (a combination of routing that not always works). Once train A wanted to leave he reported that signal R1 fell back to red. In this situation a train was also aproaching signal S402 and on other one was standing on track 104a.
This situation also occurs random.

Both situations are hard to recreate as they seems to trigger only on very specific moments.

similiar behavior happens on Koluszki too, Primairly Signal J5 with a route set towards O2 (track 2 to Galkowek) after a train passes in the other direction over the railroad crossing when the crossing is still shown to be in the down and closed position.
