Old bug that I kept forgetting to report (tried once but forum didn't like the video file for some reason)

Basically the animation speed on the pantographs are too slow to follow the wire correctly at speed as seen in this video.

Video taken at the viaduct on LK186, this is an area where this effect is particularry visible but it happens all over the map wherever there is a steep enough change in wire height.

I've not tested it with all trains but those I have tested it with (186 TRAXX, Dragon 2 and EP08) all have this same issue, so this might need to be looked at on all trains.

Also it isn't just the pantograph not following the wire correctly, as when driving slowly or when stopped the pantographs are on the wire propperly

AKP-4E used in EU07 and other old locomotives has rise speed of 6-12s, depending on the pressure. Newer 160EC, 8s. In game all move to max height in 6.(6)s so they are even a bit too fast compared to reality.
It is a problem irl too. Rapid changes in wire height are a base for speed limit. In game those gradients might not be correct in some places where viaduct model or road do not match real dimentions perfectly and wire must go lower to prevent clipping.
