It's not perfectly visible in the picture, but I'm pushing the button. Pulling it doesn't work either.

This is fine, you shouldn't be able to turn this switch.

Standard position is plus position and in this setting you don't need to set this switch. But I agree - this switch in minus position is not how it should be, but can be fixed easily with bot or a moderator.
