[Multiplayer] Server Selection Window Does Not Show Player's Ping

When accessing the multiplayer server selection screen, the "Ping" column does not return any data. The attached image below shows the issue.

Since I purchased Simrail earlier in January I have never seen my ping to server shown, but upon seeing screenshots from other players I realize that there should be data there.

 

Accessing the log files will show repeated lines of the follow at a time that corresponds to pressing the "Multiplayer" button from the home screen and having the server selection window shown. Most recent log file is attached.

Curl error 3: URL rejected: No host part in the URL

I can access any of the servers just fine, there is no issue with connecting and playing. Once in a server I can see other players' ping to server in the player window (Tab).
