Dispatcher Assists: Requires "Po" (blok początkowy) for cancelled route

Player in Kozlow accidentally tried to send train 344132 to Sedziszow (correct direction is LK64).

Dispatcher assist requires player to send "Po" which doesn't make sense. Player can't do anything to prevent "kick" from the game. (He could send a "dPo" but it's another nonsense.)
