Brake system loses pressure

I didn't use the emergency brake ,but the brake system suddenly began to lose pressure uncontrollably until the pressure was 0. No matter what i did,the pressure could not be restored. SimRail_log_2024-09-16_19-13-49.txt
EP08-013 missing glass texture on the side
