Isn't shunting already available to be used for scenarios?

A feature for taking pictures in the simulator, which freezes simulation, allows you to take pictures in higher resolutions than your display, and maybe even allows you to get better graphics for the picture. Being able to take pictures without needing to worry about the moving train, would enable people to achieve better photos of the fantastic simulator. Realtime graphics aren't able to achieve the best possible quality, which is why I am suggesting this.
