The display UI used to feature some sort of brake indicator in the top left corner, which is supposed to show you by changing size and color whether you brake enough to stay under the commanded braking curve. It is missing in the current version of SimRail. As you can see the field in the top left is empty. This is what it is supposed to look like. The square changes in size depending on how close you are to the curve.
