Hello, The level crossing at coordinates (real world, not in-game) 52.214742144382384, 20.947849301693044 seems faulty or maybe unfinished? The area overall looks WIP. The Osp for the crossing between Warszawa Wtochy / ph / and Warszawa Zachodnia / ph / indicated Osp1. Upon arriving, at the crossing, I could not see any signals to protect the crossing. I guess that the crossing is unfinished and the Osp is not connected to anything ATM?

EN96: Pantograph drops when disabeling AI
DiscoBreak replied to DiscoBreak's topic in Issues archive
This also happens on the EN76. -
Hello, Maybe not a bug per se, but I suppose the model needs an update, to remove the "2021"? 🙂 On the wall behind the WC.

EN96: Pantograph drops when disabeling AI
DiscoBreak replied to DiscoBreak's topic in Issues archive
If you reactivate AI mid session this dose not occur. It only occurs the first time you disable the AI after entering a session. -

Happens both with AI driving and when I'm driving myself. Noticed this bug after PATCH 29.01.2023. Not sure if it's isolated to a specific stations or not. Opening doors disconnect.mp4

Hello, When entering a session driving the EN96, when you switch off the autopilot, both pantographs drop for a second. The "back" pantograph then automatically raises. Happens both when stationary or driving. EN96 AI pantograph driving.mp4 EN96 AI pantograph stationary.mp4

HUD: no distance indicated for Sosnowiec Kazimierz PZS SKZ2
DiscoBreak replied to DiscoBreak's topic in Issues archive
Great, thanks! -
Hello, When driving a northbound REG service from Katowice to Busko (429XX), you receive penalty points for not stopping in Sosnowiec Kazimierz PZS SKZ2. As Sosnowiec Kazimierz PZS SKZ2 is a "drive through" station, I suspect this to be a bug.

Katowice: W28 indicating wrong radio channel
DiscoBreak replied to DiscoBreak's topic in Issues archive
The picture is not clear but they indicate two different channels. -
Hello, I suspect one of the W28 signs in indicating the wrong radio channel between Katowice and Katowice Zawodzie. The left sign is indicating "R2" and the right one is indicating "R7". If you switch to "R7" you get penalized for using the wrong radio channel.

In the "real world," it's usually the opposite. Through my earlier work as a conductor, I've, unfortunately, more than once experienced how a small delay, let's say 3 minutes, easily can result in a final delay of up to 30-40 minutes. All thanks to the prioritization of trains not being delayed. Also, some trains have higher prioritization the others, high-speed trains> freight trains for example (with exceptions). That's why I'm curious to know how this is simulated with the AI as I suspect the might be one of the reasons for the AI dispatcher behaving as it does when trains are running late.
-
A general question: Do we know if the AI prioritizes trains that are "on time" over delayed trains?

I believe those particular coaches are limited to 120 km/h, making the speed of the train lower than what the EU07 is capable of. When you run an IC service the coaches are limited to 160 km/h but the speed of the train is 125 km/h as that is the limit of the EU07. Look for the symbol below side of the coaches, it will tell you the maximum allowed speed for that particular coach. The lowest speed "found" in a consist applies to the whole train. You can read more about RIC here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Coach_Regulations

Bot trains sounding horn at the W6 signs
DiscoBreak replied to Bescot's topic in Suggestions for improvements
Here are a few sites with a good summary of all the Polish railway signs. W6, W6a, and W7 are the ones you are looking for 🙂 http://jareks.zonk.pl/signal/signs.htm http://pkprepo.net/railway-signs-of-polish-railways/ http://grzegorz.jagodzinski.prv.pl/kolej/signals.html -
I noticed something cool regarding wagons/coaches during the EP07 tutorial. If you disconnect the brake hose to the coaches before starting up the locomotive, the brake will remain "on" on the coaches (as they should as long as there is air in the system). You can not depart (because the brakes are engaged) until you connect the brake hose on the coaches and fill their brake system with enough air to release the brakes. I also tried to only disconnect the brake hose to the last coach with the same result, indicating that the brake system is individually simulated for each vehicle.

In a way, we should be grateful for Mléko Madeta Plnotučné dedicated work on the playtest! Without him this issue maybe wouldn't have been brought up 😉 Let's just hope the developers address this issue in a way that makes future griefing harder or at least the consequences less desirable for these "people" to grief.

EU07 tutorial has a schedule you just can't follow
DiscoBreak replied to Krtek-JC's topic in Singleplayer mode
I wrote this on an other topic, guess it applies here as well. -
I guess that you are supposed to be late due to the signal failure that occurs during the tutorial. If it is intentional it would be nice if the tutorial made that clear in it's "storytelling", maybe via a conversation with the dispatcher or conductor? Just a tought.

Hello, I noticed it's possible to decouple the coaches before shunting to the platform at the start of the scenario. Resulting in the scenario not being able to continue. I suppose this is due to the trigger for the scenario being based on the coaches and the stopover. Wich never occurs if the coaches are not a part of the "train". Note that the coaches can be decoupled at any time during the scenario.

Hello, If you walk close to/in to the control panel at the botton left corner, you fall through the panel. Ending up on the ground bellow. When you enter the signal box after the "tumble", the tooltip says "Exit the building". I suppose it's technically not part of the bug as I never did exit the box, only fell through it 😉

Great, thanks 🙂
