Here I find a video of the crossing at Sosnowiec Poludniowy, for exmaple. Bell and lights start at 1:30 Barriers go down at 1:41 Crossing is closed at 1:50 Simrail is missing time before 1:30 - 1:41 🙂

It is not about the bell when the barriers are downed. Problem is the barriers go down immediately when the button is pressed (or the command on computer used). I think (and you can see it on the videos on youtube) after the close button is used, only the alert (lights and bell) is active and after some time the barriers are going down.
