Who is also sitting in a level 1 dispatching house to read the in-game manual? 😂 I have made a video for you so you can read the in-game Dispatching Manual English on a side screen while playing as a dispatcher. You can pause the video to read the sections. Let me know if you think the manual is updated. Then I will make a new video for you.
