Due to technical issues, the API backend has been disabled until Monday. This will not affect multiplayer mode, but will impact services that rely on the API, such as online maps.

Hello. What exactly is the difference between a speed limit (W9) and temporary speed limit (W14) sign? They seem to serve the same purpose, from what I understand. What is the reason they are both used, sometimes even proximally? Thank you.

This happens in the scenario Zwiercie - Katowice, EN57, between the station Lazy and station Lazy Lc, at a distance of 1.76 km to station Lazy Lc. At exit from station Lazy, I have a Solid Yellow under a Solid Green, which means (correct me if I am wrong) drive at 40 km/h until the next light, and from then onward drive at maximum allowed track speed. I restrict my speed to 40 and continue. But before I reach the next light, the speed restriction of 40 is removed, and the highest track speed (110) is allowed, as though I have reached the Green; yet there is no semaphore/light or any other indication at that location. The only way I know it is because the speed limit is shown in the HUD. This has happened to me at more than one locations. Can anyone explain what I am missing?
