Hi! First things first, thank you for a very pleasant scenario, however, as you mentioned, there's a bit of a problem with the timetable. Here's my summary, and as you can see it's a bit tight at the start (might be because my bad driving skills tho) and then at Korytów checkpoint you are suddenly 30 minutes early since the timeetable gives you 30 minutes to drive ~10km.
Continuing, I was just coasting to Warszawa Zachodnia, and between Pruszków and Warszawa Włochy, despite going just 30-50km/h I was still gaining time on the timetable.
