I’ve also asked for this elsewhere in the forum. In Train Sim you can press ‘8’ for free roam and use the arrows plus shift to move quickly in order to move the camera to a great drive by view. Press ‘4’ and you’d get a basic auto drive by view. SimRail really needs something like this as it brings so much joy and immersion to the sim!
Hi - live 9 hours behind Poland time in PST time and every multiplayer session I play is at night. Similar to flight simulator I would like to be able to control the day light even if UTC stays the same (Polish time).
Has any thought been given to this?
Thank you so much,
Len
I have it as a pdf on a tablet right on front of me. The idea of the map is to get a picture of what's coming, kind of like the PFD displaying the route and waypoints with altitude and speed restrictions in a passenger jet, for me I want to see what's coming up down the line!
Does anyone know if there's an online map of the full route with signals and speed zones, stations, etc.? It would really help with learning the routes, knowing what to expect, and working towards driving without the HUD.

Hello - I am loving this SimRail and have only just started playing it so perhaps it's a time of day issue as I've only played the tutorial, but I can't help noticing the graphics appear somewhat washed out. I have tinkered with the settings and can't seem to get the clarity I would expect. I use a RTX3070. Does the game need the every latest graphics card driver?
Thank you,
Sean
