Don't know, Most likely. Just thought there is a chance it might have something to do with the game, so I thought I might as well report it.

But then I noticed that the background was stuttering around The first video shows it not zoomed in, and the second video shows me zooming in and showing one of the effected areas. This has happened to me as well! It's weird.

The people here seem to be glitched they are walking through the trains and are floating above the tracks I couldn't get any more photos, but some of them were also half stand on the side of the footpath, and in the photo above you can see that there is a person that is walking right through the middle of my train.
