Katowice is AI at the moment, it doesn't really depend on which track you are going to send on, AI will anyway try to figure out best suitable route for certain train. Most of the time train starting from 42XXX arrive from the top, the rest might go by 1 or 2nd track.

Hey, I have had the same issue back in the days. It was due to long loading time, changing from HDD to SSD helped me to fix that problem. Not sure what can else affect this.

All is what left to do, just send that train under substitute signal and hope that another station will let it go through so it will be deleted.
