The same scenario but with ET22 just happened the same thing, was never been able to find solution, in every topic you say that it has been reported by others.

I played this scenario 3 times already, unable to complete it every time, first time ran to Warszawa Zachodnia with 10min delay, so when i started shunting to Czyste and it gave me blue light 30 meters before it, i thought there was an issue with the delay. So i ran it second time ... 5mins delayed yet still the same problem occured ... today i tried it again managing somehow to have only 2mins delay yet again ... BAM ! blue light right in the face ...
