Many thanks to Gazz292 I have a functioning button box. As helpful as this is it does not negate the problems I have with controlling a mouse as my essential tremors make it very difficult to control brake and power. I am hoping for a commercial control box for SimRail.

Thanks Gazz292. Yes, it’s a simple button box so I will do my best to use the Joytokey software and hope it will make my drives a little easier and on time, at last.

Due to Essential Temour in my hands it's difficult to use a mouse to control the locomotive. I do have a button box from my iRacing days. Can I connect it to SimRail?
