  1. In my opinion, every playstyle is fine, as long as the timetable gets updated with real time data for the next stations to use
  2. So here is what I usually do, which might be the proper way to do it --- but I'm not 100% sure about that. Train arrives to my station (either platform or siding - I do the same every station, while I'm "holding" a train) I right click on the train, then on "Time enter" Then I fill out the times as usual: Train arrived at 18:46 and the train will probably be departing at 18:51 it had a pendolino behind it and it was already behind schedule I click on "Enter stop (train STOP)" and on my timetable the train will enter into "prognosis" mode The train I'm holding will have it's predicted departure time (that I entered) highlighted in orange. Basically it's highlighted until I release the train Do the same menu-clicking-adventure to release the train, which will save the time that you entered / the time you released the train. Profit Do note, that the system usually does allow times in the future to be entered/confirmed in the timetable (in my example I entered 18:46 at 18:44), but in my experience only ~2 minutes fortune-telling is allowed. For crossing trains I usually click confirm crossing time and... I try to let the next station know, before I get What drove away'd.
  3. After departing from Dąbrowa Górnicza Strzemieszyce there is a W28 sign to change to R5, which is fine (never mind the left side telling me that I'm between Wschodnia and Strzemieszyce, I've had the "You are approaching the station" bug) Then, if you change to R4 before Kazimierz, you get the +25 points for correct change by the semi-auto signal, if you don't, you'll get a point deduction after some time not being on the correct radio channel. (So either a sign is missing, or the station is configured to the wrong channel) There is an R4 sign towards Strzemieszyce, but that's correct, since that station (and onwards) is on R4 After Kazimierz, there is an R5 sign (again) towards Dańdówka, but that is also correct, since there is a line connecting from Sosn. Maczki with seemingly a different radio channel. And also this: https://semaforek.kolej.org.pl/wiki/index.php?title=Sosnowiec_Kazimierz
  4. Just to add some interesting things, yesterday I was pleasantly surprised by the (at the time oncoming) PXE trains, since they have 6 numbers assigned to them, I though they were freight trains. Turns out they have passenger carriages. Does someone actually know how they are with their priority towards other trains? Is it basically the lowest of passenger trains, but still should get sent before freight trains?
  5. After doing some digging, and finding the public PKP document again (thanks to an unnamed someone, you know who you are!) here are the results: KM1 - Is actually, probably, might be a ROJ -- a wild guess would be that these... S1, S41, REG - …are just simply regional stopping passenger trains, that have their line number added as well (like in Hungary: S60, Z70 etc., Deutschland™: RE 1, RB 7 etc.) -- please note: S1s and S41s are actually classified as ROJs in the timetable that you access from the dispatcher posts (sometimes RPJs, see footnote)** TLK - Twoje Linie Kolejowe (quick google search did the thing) is basically, again, what I'm guessing is what the passenger would actually see, but as per timetable they are classified as MPEs or "Inter-regional limited-stop passenger trains" … or as we'd call them: Inter Regios. EIP - Y e s . -- Well, actually, they are EIJs or National express trains you get the idea If you're really curious, just look at the 10th page onwards in this .pdf that I hopefully attached to this reply. I believe that the timetable will always reflect the proper type as per PKP classifications, since... well... it's a simulator with that kind of attention to detail ** if you've driven the S1 and S41s enough, you might've noticed, that the S1s don't stop at every station towards Myszków, only the S41s do that, and on the other way, the S41s don't stop everywhere, but the S1s do towards Katowice, which is why they're classified differently in the dispatchers' timetables - then again, the timetables will be changed after some time zal_6.3_Reg22_23_v8_EN.pdf

  7. Hello there! The main issue on EN09 server was that 145xxx freight trains were stuck in the Józefinów area, but since it has been an issue with the AI dispatch, that has been reported a billion times before, I don't really see any point reporting that. (You guys keep working on the AI, Katowice was one of the amazing fixes you guys did during the playtests, so keep up the good work!) in the meantime... I was bored and started playing bowling with trains (hoping it would fix the AI not giving way to anybody), but I became curious whether it actually is impossible to bypass a red light or not. I'm happy to report, that with the Pendolinos it is either impossible or would be an inhumane speedrunner pixel perfect clutch moment to bypass the signal. With the EU07 though... I will try to put a video below, it is actually not that hard, you just need patience. Reproduce steps: Get hold of an EU07 stuck in front of a red light (not ABS) Turn off the AI Creep forward until the 0m mark Have the train brake engaged in the first position (Initial) -- grade dependent Use notch 2-3-4-5 to move forward -- just very slowly Next speed limit comes up on HUD, after it the red light disappears from HUD Engage the AI (or not, it might work in manual control as well, I had 100% success with the bot though) Profit Video (The bypass happens at around 3:17):
